Can the fueding end?

It is a simple question, yet it is quite possibly the hardest to answer in a time such as this. Can America overcome its divisions and reunite to become the country it once was? This split between Republican and Democrat, blue states and red states...it's nonsense. While my opinions on the issues at hand are quite clear on this site, my ultra liberal views don't mean that I want to see every conservative idea get thrown by the wayside and disregarded for all eternity. I strongly believe that a balance can be found between the two sides. The only thing holding us back is the fact that parties on BOTH sides of the aisle do not want this to happen. Why? Perhaps because it is better for business. The more chaos the better for their image. This brings me back to my original question, can the feuding end? For now that answer seems to be a resounding NO. But here's hoping.

  1. I've watched politics a long time. The gap never seems to get narrower. Pride and ego are the biggest road blocks. There's a saying, "We are our own worst enemy." But, that doesn't mean you should give up hope.

  2. Truer words have never been spoken. I'm a newbie on the scene but I have noticed the same things.
